Blank Canvas
The blank canvas exposed
Plain, white and free.
Ready.
Anticipating the coming brush,
Loaded with color
So bright!
What will I become when
The artist's dream emerges
On me?
Will I filfill his vision?
Come to life here?
I breathe.
Open to the possibilities,
Offering myself freely,
Use me.
I am the blank canvas
Made just for you,
Paint me.
Then as we two become one,
No longer virgin white,
Complete.
As I explore the wonders of the new me
You explore with your heart
And smile.

She posed for an artist and as he held his brush
