Sprinklers
Dewdrops glisten, like a gem; birds, sing a cheerful tune.
Earth and heaven awake refreshed, as time farewells the moon.
Feel the sun, shining warm, bringing life to everyone.
Feel the wind, blowing cool, turning down the heated sun.
Skies and heavens, burst into flame as the sun begins to pass.
Sprinklers sprinkle, flowers bloom, but close so fast.
Sprinklers stop and gardens rest. Cease the players and the cast.
Waters still and voices quell, as the day breathes it's last.
Tonight the moon, the victor, glows with stars joining her reign.
Yet the wind will softly sigh, waiting, the sprinklers to sprinkle again.

but now just wait to see.
