If there would be peace in Israel before Israel turned to God to obey, there would be no God. The English translation: there will be no peace in Israel until Israel turns to obey God's word. That was the covenant He made with them; it was always contingent on obedience. In the Bible Book of Judges it is recorded that (This king did what was evil and God stirred up such and such nation against them.) and (This king did what was right in God's sight and He gave them peace.)
You have seen great leaders try to bring peace, Anwar Sadat and Yitzchak Rabin, only to be killed. When Yitzchak Rabin was shot, people thought it would surely be a Palestinian or Muslim who killed him, but it was a Jew. The Bible is true from cover to cover. I have watched God's word unfold in truth for about seventeen years, and I see it in the world conflicts that escape solutions.
When I went to the Dome of the Rock and saw the Mufty, Abu Gado, and viewed the area, I was told that the Muslims control that area because if the Jews had it, they would let women come in shorts and immodest dress, any tourist would be allowed. The Bible speaks to Israel that the Philistines are ashamed of your lewd ways. (Ezekiel 16:27) Israel was a disappointment to me; I was looking for holiness. The closest I came to it was the Muslims. They did what Christians are supposed to do, and they dressed the part.
God has gone before us and prepared the way, as He said He would. In all temptations He has made a way of escape, as He said He would. The command in all holy books is to fight against evil. When Israel fights the evil of immodesty and immorality, peace has a chance. How can a holier Muslim maintain holiness with American style ads with scantily clothed bodies? That is why there is a fight against Israel and they cannot just "get along." The Holy City and Israel is supposed to be holy, not catering to tourists with alcohol, clubs, sexy magazines and ungodly entertainment.
Let us suppose that Israel "cleaned up" their morality and came in line with God's word, how can they still get the Palestinians to be content over Jerusalem and borders (two main sticking points)? Remember, this is from God. The primary message of the Qur'an is to follow the whole Bible. The prophet Muhammad was a messenger and warner to Christians and Jews primarily who were each only following part of the Bible, even as they do today. (Qur'an, Ahmad. Numbers: 6:68, 69; 42:14; 2:136; 3:85)
We have established that both sides are supposed to follow the same word for their own salvation; now we can bring the word of God for borders. Scripture says that Joshua shall establish the borders and the Book of Joshua does that. Israel should be able to let Palestinians set the borders according to the holy books, especially because the land was given to the seed of Abraham and Ishmael and Esau are both Abraham's seed. The Bible says, "I will enlarge your borders." Exodus 34:24 And, "Syria: they shall be as the glory of the children of Israel, says the LORD of hosts.' (Isaiah 17:3) And, "In that day shall Israel be the third with Egypt and with Assyria, even a blessing in the midst of the land: whom the LORD of hosts shall bless, saying, Blessed be Egypt My people, and Assyria the work of My hands, and Israel Mine inheritance." (Isaiah 19:24, 25)
As for Jerusalem, the Book of Ezekiel establishes the layout of Jerusalem's holy area. Again, the Palestinians can have a part in establishing the borders of the holy city by following scriptures. These are the end days where God gathers His people to holiness under His government, the word of God.
The next question might be: How can the Jews or the Muslims accept the Gospel when Christians do not follow the Torah (Law through Moses)? Jews must follow the Law of Moses. Christians are in error and are not following Jesus. The Gospel is the testimony of Jesus who "magnified the law and made it honorable" Isaiah 42:21 Jesus said, "Man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word out of the mouth of God." (Matthew 4:4) Nothing was more "out of the mouth of God" than the Books of Moses. Jesus also said, "Salvation is of the Jews." (John 4:22) God commanded that His feast days and Sabbaths and all His words would not change; (add not nor diminish from My word) Deuteronomy 4:2; 12:32; Exodus 20. Jesus (Isa in Qur'an) can be the Messiah because he did not do away with the Torah; the Qur'an calls him Messiah four times,
Only God can solve the Israeli and Palestinian conflict; and He will, as soon as Israel and the nations want to do things His way. Israel is God's witness that He is faithful to His word, no matter how horrific the prophecy. Leviticus 26, Deuteronomy 28. Israel's God lives; and is active to fulfill His word for the blessing of all mankind through the seed of Abraham.
