This world of mine is not familiar,
it's different from the one I knew.
The days are brighter and my vision clearer,
since the day that I found you.
The sun shines warmer than it did before,
much softer blows the breeze.
People seem to smile and to be polite,
as if it is me that they want to please.
The night sky has stars I never knew were there,
it's as if they are brand new.
Fairy tales and talk of Heavenly angels,
I now believe all to be true.
More vibrant are the colors of the world,
similar to the radiance of your soul.
I used to think the world was flat and empty,
now I know it is round and whole.
