I despise the term "neo-con". It would be just as idiotic as calling someone a "neo-lib". You are either conservative, liberal, or more likely some mixture of the two depending on the issue being discussed.
This term appears to have been made up by some teenager who has no grasp of the political issues at hand, and has just decided to "name call". Is a "neo-con" an ex-convict recently released from prison, or is it possibly the name of a new product used by exterminators. No, I must be thinking of "Decon", fog on, the infamous bug killing product pitched by Ali, "The Greatest" huckster of all time.
It would behoove the "neo-libs" to possibly spend their time in more productive endeavors other than name calling, like maybe coming up with a presidential candidate that the vast majority of the middle class might find appealing. But then, maybe the democratic party doesn't have anybody that can fit the Bill.(No pun intended, Mr. Clinton) Or maybe Bill has more important things on his mind, like how to get his hands on an over weight intern wearing an as of yet unstained black dress, and a couple of Cuban cigars. Or is he simply distracted by all of these "neo-cons" which have overrun the country?
Now, what was the question? Oh, that's right, "Who will the neo-cons endorse for the 2008 elections?" Who the heck cares? Maybe we should all just vote our conscience's, that would be novel. Or how about just getting the majority of the eligible people in this country to vote at all? I know, let's all vote for good old reliable Ralph Nader. I wonder, is he a "neo-con", a "neo-lib", or a "neo-nut"? Now that would be very funny if he were to be elected. Perhaps Jane Fonda could be his running mate. A great ticket indeed.
So I think I've made my choice, simply by writing this article, it has come to me. I will vote for Ralph Nader and Jane Fonda, a new breed that I'll call the "neo-nut" ticket. Now let's all get out there and vote for the "neo-nuts".
P.S. - I've just run spell check, and there is no such term listed for "neo-con", "neo-lib" or "neo-nut", so forget the whole thing. Just vote.
