Drinking Coffee is almost a daily habit to every body. Some people love the habit of drinking to much and lose the control. Yes they take more than 3 or 4 times a day. Will taking this much affect body health ? Yes certainly ! Coffee contains Caffeine which is widely used in pharmaceutical industries as a pain killer and inducer. When the same taken excessively our nervous system will be affected and also many health problems will arise. Particularly when people crossing 40 years of age they will lose their sense of taste when taking food by this bad habit of drinking excess coffee.
Drinking Coffee in morning times will affect our feeling of taste and reduces the appetite. But when we take Coffee in evening times we will feel no major health problems. Though it creates no problems by taking them in evenings we need once again grip of control. It is good to take only one or two cups of Coffee in evenings. The constipation is the main problem that is commonly found among the people who drink more Coffee in their life.
The quality of a Coffee is very important which can be considered as a health factor. The milk content and amount of sugar should be correct to have nice result. Slight bitter taste of Coffee is preferable to the sweet coffee. Thick milk will enable us to over come the side effect of Coffee when we drink them regularly. Some people like flavored coffee. The flavoring is a good concept of Coffee which makes more lovable thing. We can find many choices of flavors such as Chocolate, Biscuit and etc.,
Drinking coffee in plastic cups also should avoided. When it is taken in the hot condition it will make undesirable conditions with plastic cups. Using ss or glass tumblers are better choices to have it. The winters are more suitable for having Coffees than in summers. Because the cold condition of those days are opt for the Coffees.
Anyway it can be taken in any part of the year in with a control. By avoiding them in mornings we can enjoy our lunch and can have good health and also be free from some health problems like Indigestion and Constipation. Drinking Coffees with out snacks is also a bad habit. If we take some snacks before taking coffee that will make good pleasure.
