We all should never be judged by anyone but God and especially not at something as simple as our individual style with clothing. People that do not know us should never go off of what we are wearing and guess at who we are. In everybody there is something much deeper then what we wear on the outside and we should never be judged no matter how crazy our outfit may be. If you have been in this situation you would understand how hard it is for the people that really are being judged for their appearance.

What people wear does express somewhat who we are, but not anywhere near knowing them. We also switch outfits daily. One day we could be wearing a bright and colorful outfit to show off out bubbly side. The next day someone could wear a dark, sophisticated dress to show their maturity. You never know who someone is by an outfit and things can change every day.

People do put some personality in to what clothes they wear though and that's why we see many different styles. Just because you wear preppy clothing does not mean people know you just by looking at you. There are a lot of other preps out there and I am sure that they are all no where near the same people just because they dress similar. The same goes for people that dress up the style of Gothic. They all have different personalities and are special in their own way also. If this was the case then we would not have the many unique people in this world. We would just have certain groups that all had the exact same personality. That does not make very much sense now does it?

Get to know someone before judging who they are and you should never assume you know them because of a simple factor like clothing. Things on the outside can never reveal who someone is on the inside no matter how outstanding their appearance may be. We should definitely have the right to dress in an individual style without judgment and you might understand if you were one of the many people being judged. It hurts for some and you can help by allowing them to be who they are on the inside and dress however they want on the outside.
