Abundance means having more than enough of what you need, and even some things you don't really need like rings, things and dreams. We all want to live abundantly, but some people spend their lives wondering,"What is the secret to creating abundance?"
It's really no secret at all and we don't need to create anything. When God created heaven, earth and the universe, he already created more than enough of everything we need, and even more than we ever dreamed that we could possibly achieve or receive. That's why I believe that we simply forget what abundance means when we choose to believe there's a lack of things.
It's like the guy who died one day and when he arrived at the pearly gates, Peter was there to let him in. When he did, Peter said, "I have some things I want you to see." The guy followed Peter down a hall and to a room in heaven that had been created just for him. The door to this huge room had the man's name engraved in gold.
The guy stood curiously by while Peter opened the door where an abundance of treasures were stored. The guy was surprised, to say the least, that everything he ever dreamed about in his life were there in this room all that time, so he asked Peter, " Why did you wait until I died? Why didn't I get these things in my life?"
That's when Peter sighed and shrugged his shoulders when he replied, "You never received these things in life because you never asked for them."
How To Create Abundance:
1. Ask and believe to receive:
If you don't believe there's a higher being other than what you are able to achieve, you will never live abundantly. No matter how much you acquire in life, you'll never feel that you have enough. The quest for more will blind you to what abundance means and what it brings, so learn to ask that higher being for needs, things and dreams. After that, just believe that God wants more for you than you ever dreamed to receive. He's simply waiting for you to ask and believe.
Remember this:
1. Greed doesn't mean you have too many things. It means you believe there is never enough of anything.
2. Guilt doesn't mean that you are noble or trying to be less greedy. It only means you believe that you are unworthy to receive anything. Abundance can't come to either one.
Once you've practiced asking God for things, you'll learn that the art of asking with faith means that you are worthy to receive. You'll see that greed and guilt has nothing to do with what abundance brings, and you'll be free to receive your dreams.
2. Develop an Attitude of Gratitude:
Gratitude can create miracles for you and once you've learned to ask and believe, the gratitude that comes to you will help you see the gifts you've already received. Suddenly and miraculously, you'll be aware that abundance is already there! It's everywhere.
The irony will be that the more grateful you are for what you already have, the more to be grateful for will come into your abundant view. You'll begin to see there's more than enough of everything, and because that's true for me too, there's no need to feel guilty when abundance comes to you. Still, if you don't believe me, I'll tell you why. When you are filled with gratitude, you'll do what all grateful people do and begin to see that the more you give, the more you receive.
3. Give abundantly:
Giving comes from gratitude which comes from the faith it takes to believe that you are allowed to ask for things. When you begin to see that by letting go of some things, you make more room to receive new things. Abundance can't come when you hold onto too much junk. By junk I mean all that stuff you no longer need, old and false beliefs, greed, guilt and fear of success. When you let go of those things, you'll be in the position to give abundantly and when you do, someone else becomes abundantly blessed because of you.
You'll be a more grateful friend, spouse, parent, sister or brother and give your best to your relationships. Because of this, your relationships become abundantly blessed.
It works with money too and since you no longer believe there's never enough of anything, you'll finally be living within you means, which provides you with more than ever before. With more than enough of what you need, you'll have more to give back to your community. When you write a check, you'll no longer resent the bill because you finally see that cash flow means the more you give out, the more you'll receive. Besides, now that you've developed a grateful attitude and know how to give abundantly, your career will also provide an abundant life.
To Conclude:
Here's one more tip for you, but if you use tips one through three, you'll already see that the key to creating abundance is to practice the art of simplicity. Greed, guilt and false beliefs of lacking create a complicated need that keeps you from receiving abundantly.
To Sum up the truth of living your life with abundance in mind:
1. Simply believe there's a higher being. Ask God and believe that you are worthy to receive abundantly.
2. Simply be kind to all you meet and you'll receive abundantly blessed relationships..
3. Simply give with no strings attached, and watch for the abundance you'll attract.
4. Simply live within your means and be grateful for what you already have and when you do, through an attitude of gratitude, more amazing things to be grateful for will show up at your front door. When they do, don't forget to say, "Thank You!"
5. Simply be humbly pleased with people, places and things. Simply be present in the moment so that you can see abundantly that there's nothing more you need to do. God already created abundance for you.
