Punishing child molesters is much easier to do than some might think. It is also much more economical, practical, and time saving. In fact, it is probably one of the simplest things to do. The punishment should consist of several steps.
The first step in the punishment of child molesters should be letting the father/mother (whoever is closest to the child) be alone with the molester for ten minutes. Whatever happens in that locked room would be private. The only restraint on the person locked in with the child molester would be that they could not kill the molester.
If the person closest the child was unable to be in the room, I volunteer to do it for them. If I couldn't do it, I know people who can. I'm from a little town down south and I know some good ole boys who would be more than willing to take care of business.
The next step for the punishment of child molesters would be "banding." Banding is a form of castration that is not usually used in present times. For obvious reasons, this practice should not be used to castrate livestock. A band is placed tightly, extremely tightly, around the testicles of livestock. These bands remain in place, cutting of the blood circulation. Eventually, sometimes weeks, the testicles wither and then they drop off. It is an excruciatingly painful experience. If the livestock being banded is not closely monitored, infection can set in. In the case of molesters, monitoring is not needed. What happens happens.
The next step would be to put the molester in a special prison jumpsuit. This jump suit would be clearly marked by phrases such as "child rapist," "I like to have sex babies," and "when I get out, your kid is next." The convicted molester should be taken to the general population of the prison, wearing the "special jumpsuit" and left. The guards assigned to that area would then take their break or even go to lunch. Again, what happens happens.
The punishment would vary slightly with each specific incident. In the specific case of Jessica Lunsford, her father, Mark, should be allowed to be placed in that room alone with John Cooey. After this and the banding process, Cooey should be placed in a hole with a plastic bag over his head - bound and unable to get free. As he takes his next to last breath, the bag should be removed. He would then experience what innocent and sweet Jessica experienced. He would struggle and plead. He would be closer to death than anyone could ever get without dying. This process should be repeated, day after day after day, several times a day, until his execution.
This type of punishment is unconstitutional. It violates every civil right and civil liberty Americans have. It is a cruel and unusual punishment. So what?!? Molesting children is unconstitutional. Let's drop the politically correct term "molester" and call it what it really is - "torturer and rapist." Torture and rape of children is unconstitutional. Torture and rape violates every civil right and civil liberty. Torture and rape is a cruel and unusual punishment.
By the way, I will not be visiting Florida as long as John Cooey is still alive in their prison system. I don't even buy Florida oranges. It is out of my control where my federal tax money goes, but not one penny of mine will be knowingly or willingly go to the state of Florida as long as the excuse for nothing John Cooey is alive. I will never allow my money to pay to keep him alive. My money won't pay to keep his cell cool or warm. My money will not pay for the food he eats or the water he uses to try to wash the filth off of him.
