Be a part of helping others who have Bipolar Disorder. Offer help, love and compassion, because we are the only people who know what you're going through. I can't share everything I need to with people who are NOT Bipolar. Because our loved ones can't know what it's like, they can sometimes be the most difficult people to share our feeling with.
Somehow, just telling someone about what I'm going through can feel SO Good. Especially when they respond with 'me too' or 'When that happens to me...'. Because then, I'm no longer alone and unknown.
