Health and Fitness for Women
Description:
This group is for women of all ages. Men are free to join if they wish to learn, however, the goal of this group is to help women come together to discuss issues that effect us.
I want this to be a safe place where women can discuss such things as aging, perimenopause, menopause etc... As well as workouts and nutrition geared specifically to us individually.
If it effects you as a woman or a woman in your life then it is something that we can all learn and grow from.
Often times we as women feel left in the dark when it comes to our own bodies and the changes taking place. It is my hope that together we can shed some light on these things for us all.
As well as finding ways to get and stay fit and healthy. We do so much for everyone else sometimes we forget ourselves. However, we must realize the importance of taking care of ourselves so that we can live healthy productive lives.
