Hey guys, I'm in trouble if I can't see all the other posts and have to rely on my memory!  Uh, oh! :-)

Great that everone's pitching in with stuff for the Dew.

Big question:  What should be put on those big windows?   Don't know what the rest of you favor, but I really like those wooden shutters or plantation blinds, but perhaps there are other suggestions?  (Keep it simple, that's my motto for windows.)

I see the 'insert image' icon.  Does that mean we can post photos here?  Now, I'm going to attempt to enter "My Betaville."  If you don't hear from me by tomorrow morning, please send a search party.

Diane, just attach yourself to my line here. I'm wandering around lost a bit myself.

Oh my gosh Diane!  I'm having the same problem with not being able to see the posts.  I was going to try the picture thing with a fireplace I found.

I think...  What was it you said?  Wooden something for the windows.  I like wood and natural things like that.  I see a braided rug in front of the fireplace.  Beams across the ceiling.  Wood and stone with plants, comfy chairs, and big windows with beautiful views.  You know, the rustic look.  Then there's the bar, kitchen area, and a few tables and chairs - the practical stuff.

(Bumps into Molly and Missy from behind...ooops, sorry!)

Glad to see you two though!  I get the feeling that I'm very much alone wandering around.  It's comforting to see familiar faces.

Your vision for Dew III sounds lovely, Molly.  I'm like you, I prefer rustic, comfy, cozy...we can combine the best of the old with the benefits of the new.

Thank goodness for that curtain rod....I'd never find my way around here without some kind of guidance...Oops! Sorry Diane, I must have tapped your toes.

It took me a while to find out how to view this thread, too, Diane.

You didn't give your new post a Subject, so there's nothing initially to click on to see the thread. I figured it out, though.

Your ideas for window treatments sound perfect, go for it!

Welcome to Jon, who can navigate the Big Apple but shies away from Betaville. I do understand!

You can see the thread by clicking on the subject in the title?  I didn't know that.  I always click on a "more" at the end of a post.  (I think...)

I think it's time I started taking notes to make a map.  (By the time I figured out I wanted to be some of the places I've been I couldn't remember how I got there, so I couldn't make a note of it OR get back after I left.  Guess I'll have to make notes as I go just in case I want to go back sometime.  You know, like leaving a trail of bread crumbs...)

It's lots more fun being lost with friends than all alone!  I'm so glad to see you guys.
