Olivia, Sorry so late in replying but here goes. This season's excessive rain in some places of the country (Don't quite know where you are hailing from. I'm in Northeast PA)  and not enough in others has done loads of damage to our gardens. Your Tiger lilies are no exception. My Asiatics had the same done them, very shortened blooming period. They usually last a good 2-3 weeks with the perfect weather of course.

And yet I noticed something odd about my Snowball Viburnum this season. It's been blooming non-stop for close to 4 months. Absolutely unheard of behavior! And here's another oddity for you. My daylilies have started to sprout baby Daylily plants off the flower stalks where the seed pods usually are much like the indoor houseplant Spider plants .

Have you ever seem such? I never have! Anymore oddities in the garden out there? I'd love to know some! Don't you just love when plants keep you on your toes and make you wonder? Perhaps I'm the oddity!
