Foreign Exchange Essay Contest

“Foreign Exchange” is a weekly half-hour international-affairs television series, hosted by journalist Daljit Dhaliwal. Each show probes the global questions of the moment from new perspectives as Dhaliwal speaks with international newsmakers, politicians, diplomats and journalists. And now Helium writers are invited to submit essays to be featured on the show.

How the contest works

Each week, “Foreign Exchange” examines America’s role in an increasingly complex and interdependent world. As important topics are raised, they will be turned into Foreign Exchange Essay Contest titles for Helium members.

Below, find the issues discussed on the television show. Write your best essay on a title! The best essays will be chosen from these weekly contests by the Helium rating process and the “Foreign Exchange” producers. The winning articles will be featured on an episode of “Foreign Exchange” and on the “Foreign Exchange” website.
