Was the US government involved in orchestrating 9/11 for ulterior motives?
This kind of ridiculous nonfactual nonsense is an insult to the intelligence of any American, and needs to be stopped. There are many events in history that warrant questions from us. However, 9/11 is not one of them and anyone who feeds this kind of ridiculous fear-mongering is hurting this country beyond measure. Hurting this country, the memories of those that died in the attack and the rescue workers who tried to save lives that horrible day.
Anyone who entertains this line of crap might as well call up the families of those victims and tell them their own country killed their loved ones. Because that's exactly what you are doing; claiming that the deaths of thousands of its own best and brightest on its own soil are the responsibility of America, is ignorance of an order I hope to never see again.
For those that believe this ridiculousness, I have pictures of Bigfoot to sell you. I even have film of the alien autopsy at Roswell and pieces of their spacecraft. The Loch Ness Monster lives in my pond too.
As I mentioned, there are many events in American history that deserve our scrutiny, and make us question their validity. The JFK assassination, The Federal Reserve, even Area 51, is far more deserving of our speculations than any event that caused the death of so many Americans.
The biggest and most obvious reason to disregard this theory is to use classic detective logic. By that I mean ask who could have done it, and then ask who had a motive, then logically eliminate the BS from the valuable information. In the words of Sir Arthur Conan Doyle's Sherlock Holmes, "When you have eliminated all which is impossible, then whatever remains, however improbable, must be the truth."
First of all, our question; was the US government involved? Then the facts we have for it and against it. Facts not theories, honest and truthful facts to the best of our knowledge must be the basis here. Never base any investigation on theories, because you lose your objectivity, and leave your opinions or they will soon become your facts. Third, we must remember the words of Sherlock Holmes, and eliminate all the impossible until all we have left is the truth.
What exactly are the facts that back up this claim? I hear all kinds of ridiculous theories and conjecture but have found no basis of fact anywhere to back this claim. On the other side of this issue I find all kind of compelling evidence.
Facts for:
1.The only fact I can find is that people with nothing left to complain about or no one
they can blame near themselves, often use a flawed belief system to somehow turn all
their ridiculous ideas into fact.
Facts against:
1.Killing your own people is bad for government and business. These people were business
and high finance experts, not Joe foot soldier. And a whole fire department was
decimated, trained and proven rescue workers require time and money to train.
2.The name was World Trade Center, implying that it was a center for worldwide trade and
finance. It was not a building for the rest of the world to hide money, but a place for
all to negotiate foreign trade. Being based in New York City was convenient with the
United Nations close by.
3.Al Qaeda has claimed responsibility. This is indisputable with records of Osama Bin
Laden himself claiming responsibility. He even professed the how and why with pride.
4.Capturing of Al Qaeda members in the US and abroad with proof in their possession.
5.History of violence against Americans of Al Qaeda.
6.Dollar value of the building and material, data, rare items, and other things make it
highly undesirable for any American government or institution to even wish for its
demise.
7.The cost of long-term medical expenses from the survivors and rescue workers.
8.Massive lawsuit from families of the victims and rescue workers.
9.Who wants to be responsible for so many deaths?
At this point we can fairly see that our evidence is one sided. To place a claim like this alongside the JFK assassination is at best obtuse. Killing one man no matter how important is no measure to killing thousands, and lets not forget Kennedy was not without enemies in the public and private sectors.
When I see this kind of garbage I ask myself if it was started by some extremist Muslim individual or group or by some malcontent who blames society for all his troubles. Either way, I feel sorry for those that support this view, and fear for our future.
We must remember to use our freedoms wisely and with great care, otherwise our freedoms will be used to enslave us all. Information of an immeasurable scale has become available to us in the blink of an eye, but I fear our discipline as a society cannot cope with all that comes with both freedom and information. My fondest hope for us is that we can continue to learn from our all too frequent mistakes, and grow the wisdom to go with our knowledge.

"What really happened on 911?" is the most important question of our time, yet we fail to ask it.
Instead of being diligent enough to do our own research in order to determine what those answers are, most of us have chosen to believe that our patriotism depends on our willingness to accept what our government tells us. Nationalism and blind obedience, believing that politics and religion should not be discussed, are the tools that have been foisted upon us for generations, and it's time to realize that knowledge, education, and activism are the only true ways of utilizing our constitutional rights. This country was forged by dissent, and there is nothing more patriotic than questioning the path that led us to war, and why we are currently still involved in this quagmire. Yet "We The People" have forfeited our control by allowing ourselves to be manipulated into not even questioning what we have been told.
Let's go back to 1997 when Vice President Dick Cheney, a founding member of Project For A New American Century, along with Defense Secretary Donald Rumsfeld, Defense Policy Board chairman Richard Perle, Deputy Defense Secretary Paul Wolfowitz, and Bruce Jackson, as well as others, came together to redefine America. PNAC is a Washington based think tank with the major goal of establishing a global American Empire to oversee the will of all nations in furtherance of it's own promotion.
One of the organization's documents clearly shows that Bush and his most senior cabinet members had already planned an attack on Iraq long before he took power in January 2001, and take power he did. "We The People" did not demand voting recounts and accountability in enough numbers to even satisfy ourselves that he'd won. Had we taken those steps we may not ever had to face the occupation of Iraq or the tragic loss of life that has ensued.
But back to the plan for the New American Century. Part of it demanded a strategic "transformation" of the U.S. military into an imperialistic force of global domination requiring huge increases in defense spending to "a minimum level of 3.5 to 3.8 percent of gross domestic product, adding $15 billion to $20 billion to total defense spending annually."
"The process of transformation is likely to be a long one, absent some catastrophic and catalyzing event-like a new Pearl Harbor." American Free Press asked Christopher Maletz, assistant director of the PNAC about what was meant by the need for "a new Pearl Harbor."
"They needed more money to up the defense budget for raises, new arms, and future capabilities," Maletz said. "Without some disaster or catastrophic event" neither the politicians nor the military would have approved.
The terror attacks of September 11 provided the necessary catalyst to put their global war plan into effect. Congress quickly allocated $40 billion to fund the "war on terrorism." A Pentagon spokesman told the Associated Free Press that $17.5 billion of that initial allocation went to defense. The U.S. defense budget for 2002, including a $14.5 billion supplement, came to $345.7 billion, a nearly 12 percent increase over 2001's budget.
This illegal occupation, not yet declared a war by congress, is costing us $5,000.00 pr second.
Project For A New American Century ideology can be found in a White Paper written in September of 2000 entitled; "Rebuilding America's Defenses: Strategy, Forces and Resources for a New Century."
America must:
* Reposition permanently based forces to Southern Europe, Southeast Asia and the Middle East;
* Modernize U.S. forces, including enhancing our fighter aircraft, submarine and surface fleet capabilities;
* Develop and deploy a global missile defense system, and develop a strategic dominance of space;
* Control the "International Commons" of cyberspace;
* Increase defense spending to a minimum of 3.8 percent of gross domestic product, up from the 3 percent currently spent.
This PNAC document described four "Core Missions" for the American military. The two central requirements are for American forces to "fight and decisively win multiple, simultaneous major theater wars," and to "perform the 'constabulary' duties associated with shaping the security environment in critical regions." In order for this to succeed, the military must fight these wars one way or the other to establish American dominance for all to see.
Today, the official Project for the New American Century website was inoperable. A message saying that the account has been suspended and to contact the billing department was put on the site's page. Interesting....you'd think these guys could afford the fees.
Two years before he was successfully placed into office by questionable accounting and voter fraud, George Bush, according to his former ghost writer, author and journalist Mickey Herskowitz, was already talking about the political benefits of attacking Iraq. "Bush said to me, "One of the keys to being seen as a great leader is to be seen as a commander-in-chief.. ...My father had all this political capital built up when he drove the Iraqis out of Kuwait and he wasted it.....If I have a chance to invade...if I had that much capital, I'm not going to waste it. I'm going to get everything passed that I want to get passed and I'm going to have a successful presidency."
Herskowitz said that Bush expressed frustration at a lifetime as an underachiever in the shadow of an accomplished father. In aggressive military action, he saw the opportunity to emerge from his father's shadow. Wow! Google Herskowitz and find out for yourself.
In early February of 2003, the Spanish newspaper, El Pais, published a transcript of a conversation between president Bush and the Spanish Prime Minister, Jose Maria Aznar. Bush told Aznar that the U.S. would go to war with Iraq to disarm Saddam Hussein "with or without a U.N. resolution."
"We must take him right now. We have shown an incredible degree of patience until now. There are two weeks left. In two weeks we will be militarily ready". That is a direct quote. Aznar implored more patience and the importance of a U.N. resolution, but Bush fought throughout the meeting for war, declaring that, "We will be in Baghdad by the end of March."
A few days after that interview, on February 6 of 2003, Bush told the American People, " I've not made up our mind about military action. Hopefully this can be done peacefully." And two days later another quote, "We are doing everything we can to avoid to avoid war in Iraq. But if Saddam Hussein does not disarm peacefully, he will be disarmed by force." He also insisted he would get U.N. authorization.
On March 6, 2003, Bush, in a press conference held in the East Room of the White House on the issue of Iraq, is also quoted as saying;
"Across the world and in every part of America, people of goodwill are hoping and praying for peace. Our goal is peace - for our nation, for our friends and allies, for the people of the Middle East. People of goodwill must also recognize that allowing a dangerous dictator to defy the world and harbor weapons of mass murder and terror is not peace at all; it is pretense. The cause of peace will be advanced only when the terrorists lose a wealthy patron and protector, and when the dictator is fully and finally disarmed."
But just "who" is the dictator, the "decider?" How can we reconcile anything Bush says as a true statement in light of all of his misrepresentations and lies that can easily be found online?
We are caught in a devastating quicksand of battles and loss of life, with no end in sight, and yet Bush is now looking to involve us in another conflict with Iran. Are some of us still fooled into believing that this is the only way we can defend ourselves or promote world peace and safety? Have we learned nothing?
Unfortunately it seems not. Under this administration we've lost personal freedoms and rights, the value of our currency, seen the prices of oil, gas, and diesel skyrocket, food prices have gone up, foreclosures of homes and loss of property are escalating, and we're losing our jobs to overseas companies, successfully taking out the middle class. Under the cover of night, this administration has chosen to unite the three continents of Canada, the United States and Mexico, considered the North American Union, without our vote or consent, and will introduce new currency, the Amero, when it suits their plan. It is already being minted. Oil companies are raking in record profits, as are food companies, and we still have not hindered the onslaught of King George's reign.
Why don't we demand accountability? Why don't we follow the money trail?
Are we too busy, too lazy, or too afraid? How much longer will we be willing to sacrifice our sons and daughters, who aren't being looked after by the very administration who sends them into battle? How much longer will we blindly accept that the two towers just "evaporated" without looking into it ourselves? Why aren't we listening to the scientists and demolition experts who tell us that there is no way those buildings came down without professional assistance? Just google and search for what international architects, engineers, and scholars have to say.
What about the sections of the two towers that were vacated for "maintenance" shortly beforehand? Where were the bomb sniffing dogs? Why did 118 early rescue workers, reporters and fireman on the scene talk about all the other explosions they heard? Why don't we question the single owner of all 3 buildings, who took out terrorist insurance shortly before 9/11? What about building 7? What's up with a round hole made in the pentagon by a so called plane? What happened to the luggage or the passengers? What happened to the wreckage or the filmed version of the event from the local camera's who caught everthing? Why did Cheney issue orders to "Stand Down?"
Why was Bush in a classroom of children, holding an upside down book in his hands, looking extremely uncomfortable and doing nothing, NOTHING, for about 7 minutes after he was told we were under attack? Isn't that enough in itself to force us to question just who we choose to follow and believe? What kind of strength, or lack of, does that show? How much longer will we overlook the fact that there were no weapons of mass destruction?
Just the very debate about whether or not the government used 911 to further it's own ulterior motives is over two to one against, and yet how many of those against actually took the time to research that question instead of allowing anger and a false, manipulated sense of Americanism make their decision for them? Anyone who truly sets their ego's aside and searches for truth will come up with some very disturbing answers, yet until we do nothing will change.
Why does the rest of the world laugh at us? Why have we gone from being a creditor nation to the largest debtor nation in history? What does it mean in today's world to be an American?
It's way past time to wake up. Our future, our children's future, and our planet's future depend on it.
