Are Democrats raising more money online than Republicans because they are more popular or Web-savvy?

They are more popular, but the Republicans have more money. The very nature of the conservative party is to conserve. Money spent by conservatives often will not draw attention because they do not care if they are popular, and perhaps it is in their best interest to not have alot of other people knowing they have the money to give,...maybe a Democrat will call. The Republicans are waiting to show their financial colors and have zero need to show off too much too soon. It's called, "holding your cards"...

Being popular isn't so great. Popularity is not the criteria to choose our leaders. How about bravery? How about diligence? How about fiscal responsibility? We live in a Republic not a Democracy. Do you truly want "mob rule?" I don't. I would not have wanted Al Gore to be President in the last 8 years.

I always enjoy watching my Democratic friends bash our military, or the Republican party, while a conservative is walking by, then when my friend wants to sell something to the conservative, they don't understand why the conservative person won't do business with them. The Liberal Democrat just cannot understand why the Conservative Republican won't support his business...Try not insulting their intelligence for a day.

I doubt if you could say that Dems are more web-savvy than Republicans.
Republicans are business oriented, so of course, they will have it more together on the web. Politics is business, BIG business in case you had other fantasies, I don't think it's healthy.
