Given the fact that Senator Clinton is perfectly comfortable fabricating fictitious accounts of her past which are clearly lies and playing them off as simply misspeaking makes it difficult to believe that she is sincere about anything other than her desire to be elected President of the United States. Her political career since her stint as First Lady has been a masterpiece of deception and manipulation that even Harry Houdini would be hard pressed to top.
Senator Clinton does deserve some credit for her zealous pursuit of political ambition. She puts many of today's seasoned and entrenched politicians to shame when it comes to unbridled ambition in the political arena. Coveting the Senate seat vacated in the wake of Daniel Patrick Moynihan's retirement, Senator Clinton shamelessly purchased a home in the State of New York in order play herself off as a resident and ensure she would be eligible to run for the elected post in the role of representing a state that she has little more interest in than for her political agenda. Capitalizing on the artificially generated ground swell of support she gained as First Lady she succeeded in conniving her way into the Senate to represent a state which she was a resident in for less time than the campaign lasted.
During her first term in office Senator Clinton did little more than feather her nest towards her ultimate ambition of running for the White House. Keeping out of the spot light, Senator Clinton worked back room deals and made connections with the people she felt she would need support from in her bid for the Presidential Nomination. In order to gain support for her cause Senator Clinton played to the sympathies of some of the more religiously devout political entities by attending the Senate Prayer Breakfast, an annual event sponsored by The Fellowship Foundation, a national Christian organization. Clearly this was simply another ploy in the considerable political arsenal wielded by the Senator.
Outside of her shameless posturing towards the Christian coalitions and any other group she feels would benefit her run for the Presidency, Senator Clinton has shown little or no interest in spiritual beliefs. Her all but public condoning of the apparent infidelity on the part of her husband while in the White House in order to further her political agenda is clearly contrary to the Christian values she espouses to hold dearly. Her inability to truthfully answer direct questions and a willingness to out and out lie also seems contradictory to someone who values their faith. The aggressive, underhanded and despicably dirty smear campaign that she has embarked on against her fellow candidates is another example of her overly ambitious agenda. An agenda that is proving painfully divisive to her own political party and damaging to the nation as a whole.
As with most politicians, most of what comes out of Senator Clinton and her camp should be considered rhetoric. Politicians in general are comfortable and accustomed to saying whatever they feel they need to in order to advance their needs. Senator Clinton is certainly no exception, if anything she takes this tendency to a new and disdainful height. Thrusting her own daughter into the spotlight to campaign for her, Senator Clinton feigns anger and disgust when uncomfortable questions are posed to her daughter regarding her husband's infidelity. Tapping her former President husband to campaign for her, she is quick to dismiss controversial comments he makes on the campaign trail for her when they become embarrassing to her efforts. Clearly this woman is not above using any dirty or underhanded tactic to advance her agenda. Playing on the sympathies of the religiously conscious citizens of this country is just another way she has chosen to campaign for votes.
Taking anything that Senator Clinton says either while on the campaign trail or while in office as genuine is foolish and dangerous. As a master of manipulation there is little that she says which is honest and sincere. Falling into the trap of believing the wonderfully orchestrated speeches she has become famous for makes us yearn for a better way of life, a better government and stronger leaders. In reality Senator Clinton cares less for the people of this country than she did for the citizens of the state of New York when she usurped the residential candidates to claim the Senate seat for herself. The citizens of this country are nothing more than a stepping stone in her personal agenda, her apparent spiritual beliefs are but one more weapon in her arsenal. Take her words with a grain of salt, then look deeper into the message and find the truth.

Before we decide whether or not her faith is sincere, let us hear some of Hilary's comments.
Discussing faith and values in a forum for Democratic presidential candidates she said, "I am very grateful that I had a grounding in faith that gave me the courage and the strength to do what I thought was right, regardless of what the world thought." (source: FOXNews.com)
Referrin g to her husband's infidelity she said, "I'm not sure I would have gotten through it without my faith." (source: FOXNews.com)
CBNNews. com sites that "Senator Hillary Clinton said in an 1994 interview that she believes in the 'atoning death of Jesus Christ.'"
Wait a minute, did that say 1994? Wasn't 1994 in the middle of her husband's first term as president? So apparently her faith began before she even needed "campaign rhetoric."
According to peworum.org, Hillary "attended Sunday school and vacation Bible school and was active in her church's youth group" while growing up. After marrying Bill Clinton, she also taught Sunday School at First United Methodist in Little Rock, Arkansas.
It seems to me that Senator Clinton's faith came far before she had any political agenda. Now, if the evidence revealed that up until her desire for presidential candidacy she had worshiped Satan and burned flags, perhaps there would be more reason to doubt. Yet, even a satanist can come to know and believe in Christ; just ask David Berkowitz, formerly known as the "Son of Sam," now known as the "Son of Hope." You can read about his conversion and faith on his website: ForgivenForLife.com.
I personally believe Mrs. Clinton's faith is sincere, but my opinion doesn't matter. The only person it with the authority to question her is the object of her faith: Jesus Christ. He knows her heart and whether or not she is sincere.
