Paris Hilton is the kind of person who will NEVER learn her lesson. She will always be that ever-controversial party girl just looking for that extra bit of media attention, because that extra bit of media attention is that extra bit of money going in her pocket and into her bank account, giving her one extra bottle of beer at the nearest local bar just like every other party girl thinks about.
Being the heiress of a hefty fortune, she feels that her 'celebrity' will help her avoid the law, and convince her that she can run wild and do as she pleases, when she pleases with no consequence and this will simply be an eye opener that she IS simply an ordinary person, and has to obey the laws the same way as every other person.
I am hoping she gets sent back in. All the trouble and commotion when she was released early was just a ploy in my opinion, she is craving the publicity, and whether it's good publicity or bad publicity, she is simply trying to win over the sympathy of her 'fans' and the general public, and is seriously failing drastically at it. Paris Hilton simply is one of those people you just have to pity; all these feeble attempts at garnishing more publicity, why would she go this far? Some may even say she got herself put away on purpose just for the publicity, and in my mind, I do not think that they would be wrong; it certainly sounds like something she would do.
She doesn't deserve any special treatment, an ordinary person wouldn't get it, and what makes her any different? She may be a celebrity, but it is a celebrity that is not well deserved. What has she ever done to be dubbed a celebrity? Nothing at all; she is the daughter of a wealthy man who embarked on a failure of a pop music career, she has never done anything worthwhile to be dubbed a celebrity.
Throw her back in and let her do her time, that way she will learn her lesson knowing she cannot get away with it again. With all the media hype and the back and forth of the rulings, I feel this will be too much stress for her to handle, meaning in the future she WILL behave and she will realize that her actions will have consequences if she chooses to breach the long arm of the law.

Will Paris learn her lesson?
Once upon a time, Paris Hilton, celebutante, gained fame for a reason that no one has actually figured out yet. And when she was arrested, well, every major news outlet stopped reporting on silly things like war and growing economic issues to focus on "Paris Watch." And, of course, now we are supposed to speculate on the odds of her learning a lesson from all of this, which means we also have to make ourselves care. So, will this lesson be learned?
Looking at this issue empirically, anyone should find "no" the obvious answer, simply because Hilton has had multiple DUIs. Clearly, she has learned little more than flagrant disregard for the law. This has nothing to do with who she is or if she's a "bad" person; most people do not know her, so most people should not care. However, she can be viewed as any other person who repeatedly ignores such legal policies: The implication is that she really could not care less about the people she is endangering.
Paris Hilton is 26 years old, and has not yet learned that drinking and driving can lead to death. She parties like she just turned 21, and does not show a shred of maturity. Maybe it is easy to be a party girl when you apparently do little that is actively useful with your life. I wouldn't know. The point is, she broke the law and did something stupid and dangerous. Ergo, she faces legal repercussions. The media says this is to "make her an example." Yet how is she, or anyone, to be scared straight by landing in a "special circumstances" county jail cell for a month and a half? While that will be uncomfortable, it is neither here nor there; the punishment is not quite a slap on the wrist, nor is it a truly severe, example making gesture. Most people in that position would see it as a reason to act a bit more responsibly, but learning to avoid jail time does not exactly constitute learning some big moral lesson.
So, will Hilton have an epiphany and become the girl America just knows she could be? Maybe. I don't think so, myself. She has had 26 years to learn to behave. If 45 days in jail make her a better person, than I am all for it... or as Paris would say, in my opinion, "that's hot."
