Why Fluoride in tap water is an abomination
We live in troubled times. We are gradually realising how our so-called “evolution” is destroying both our planet and ourselves at an alarming rate. Our manufactured products tend to be more harmful than anything else, and we are now turning towards natural and ancestral techniques for living, such as traditional medicine and vegetarianism. Although there are many steps one can take on the road to near-perfect health, what if we were to consider one of the most vital and common elements that we ingest daily? I am, of course, referring to water. What would it reveal about how far off the “original path” we have strayed?
If we were to analyze most of our drinking and bottled water, we notice that there’s a peculiar and near-systematic addition to a compound that, by definition is pure enough not to need anything else: Fluoride. What is it? Why is it in our water?
In the 1930s, aluminium companies that couldn’t dispose of sodium fluoride wastes decided to find a way to put it to use. They had been disposing of it so far, by selling it to insecticide and rat poison manufacturers. But even then, it could only be done in minute quantities. How to dispose of it in a large, legal and acceptable manner? They found a way of doing it.
They came up with the fact that adding fluoride to water would prevent tooth decay in children. It was based on flimsy and poorly attempted study at best, and the fact that it was so gladly accepted will come as a shock to anyone who researches fluoride and its actual composition. Everyone bought it. Even the United States Public Health Service declared it “absolutely safe for human consumption.” Now, if we consider the fact that this “absolutely safe” chemical, in high enough quantities, is a very efficient pesticide, then we have to ask ourselves how daily minute doses of this same substance could be anything but harmful in the long run. And indeed, science does tell us one or two things about sodium fluoride:
Fluoride leads to premature aging. How, one may ask? Well, it simply damages the body’s rejuvenation capabilities, which would make sense once we know that it’s an unnatural chemical that is used to kill lower life forms (insects, etc...), when concentrated in higher quantities. This can lead to all sorts of complications, from deformities, to bone damage. It can even cause mongolism in infants and tooth enamel mottling, and it is also believed to increase the growth of cancer cells, particularly the ones relating to the bone. The increase in osteoporosis can be directly related to fluoridation of public drinking water, as it is believed that fluoride actually weakens the bones instead of strengthening them. This is indeed a matter for concern.
To put it simply, there is absolutely nothing that indicates that fluoride is beneficial to us. On the contrary, common sense and every other indication seem to be pointing the opposite way. We should run away from fluoridation, and fast! The myth about tooth decay prevention has been disproven, but it had already turned into an economical and political matter.
To add complication to an already delicate situation, some people don’t even know the contents of their drinking water. So they have absolutely no way of knowing that every time they drink water, they are ingesting deadly chemicals as well. They drink, feeling refreshed, energised and natural, yet they don’t know that they are contributing to their own internal damage. To make it even worse, some people that ARE aware of fluoride being in their water still go along drinking it and believing that it’s actually beneficial, despite all the proofs to the contrary.
What hope lies for humanity then? How can we rid ourselves from fluoride, the chemical that we have been ingesting for some time now (perhaps our whole life, for some of us)? The only solution lies in stem distilled water, but not everyone knows that, and not everyone can afford the time or the patience to actually steam distil the water that is going to be drunk. But at least those that know what to do won’t be able to claim ignorant and blame “the system” for their health disorders.
Awareness seems to be the chief word in this kind of situation.
