The reason Van Jones resigned as the Green Jobs czar had nothing to do with anything that Glenn Beck said and everything to do with what Van Jones said. Don't be fooled by the spin. Van Jones didn't even resign because of the statement he made that he hadn't created one green job. In fact, the radical communist revolutionary was forced to resign because of his many speeches on video.

Lovers of Van need not despair, as he said he has given up the radical pose for the radical ends. He said this to assure his progressive, communist leaning fans that though he was going to stop calling for a violent uprising to destroy the capitalist society, he was going to continue toward his goals in a milder way. Now he goes around the country making believe he is just another global warming, environmental activist.

His new, kinder, gentler, I only want to help save the planet propaganda, is being bought and promoted by the left leaning press. It would be laughable were it not for the truth. Most recently our local paper announced that he will be speaking at a one thousand dollar a ticket event in Marion, Mass. The paper described Jones as a revered environmentalist. They couldn't resist, as they often do in our local so-called news paper, pointing out that he used to work in the Obama White House. It is a shame that the editors don't think more of their readers' intellect. In this age of Google, it takes but a few seconds to read his radical speeches or see his angry rants on video.

It does anger me that the media, especially local media, has jumped on the, let's ignore the facts and truth propaganda train. Every chance they get the media raises up Jones as someone special and wonderful. Many people still believe that the newspapers are doing their job and reporting the facts without coloring them. Of course, that's what we have been brought up to believe. Reading the morning paper for the news, is something most people feel is an important ritual. However, more and more, the readers find that it is no longer the goal of newspapers to report the facts, but to promote their agenda. It is a sad state of affairs when people gather at their local store and the topic of conversation isn't the news, but the lack of it in the local paper. I've heard many people say that now they search for the news on their own and simply buy the local paper for the obituaries and little league scores.

All anyone needs to do is a few minutes of research to know that the reason that Van Jones was forced to resign was because of his own words and deeds.
