I am sick and tire of hearing about diversity. Why should some people be solemn and put up with other people's crap?

Why should we be told to accept certain behavior when our minds are telling us differently? Diversity in the workplace does not ensure workplace equality. And why should it. You are there to do a job.

America was not built on equality. Some people will always have their ups and downs. Look at it another way, there is nothing in nature that is equal.

Diversity is one of those wasteful programs with no purpose. You cannot force someone to accept or like someone else.

It would be stupid to give everyone the same salary. It would be stupid to address everyone the same way. It would be stupid to think that everyone is the same and should be treated equally.

Inequality began when countries invaded other countries and stole their wealth. When Europe invaded the Americas, they became very wealthy as a nation.

There was an increase in poverty in the nation states because the wealth was not shared equally among the masses.

When you are diverse or different in the workplace it means you have to tolerate more. It can become frustrating. If everyone in the workplace was the same color or spoke the same language it still would not ensure workplace equality.

The government goes about setting rules on diverse workplaces without realizing the damage it has cause. That is probably why some of these companies have failed.

There have been cases on the news where a person had to take diversity classes because she or he said something that hurt another person's feelings. Why is this type of structure in place? Do we need the government treating us like children?

We do not need diversity in the workplace. It conditions people to act a certain way. It can also be a tool used to suppress people's opinions. It can be a tool used to put fear in the mind.

Most jobs let you know that it is mandatory to take diversity classes. I know a lot of people sit there wishing they were somewhere else. They do not like it. The people are force to accept it.

Yes, we are aware of other people in our society. Yes, we know their culture is different. Yes, we do try to communicate with them. Yes, we also realize their opinion of us could be one-sided.

Do most people care? I do not think so. Forcing people to accept things they do not want to accept festers resentment. This should not be the role of government.
