Working out at a 24 hour fitness location almost certainly improves your ability to lose weight. This is simply because it combines being able to exercise with being able to choose a time which is convenient to you. In today's society many people want to lose weight and get into better shape, but due to things such as work commitments they are not able to go during "normal" opening hours, and do not have the money and/or space to get equipment in their own home. This is where 24 hour fitness locations come in very useful.
24 hour fitness locations greatly help out those who cannot go during the regular opening times of most gyms and fitness centres. If people work jobs that require very long hours, such as 9 - 9 jobs, then it is very unlikely they will ever be able to a time when they would be able to go to a fitness centre to work out. The same could be said for those who work very odd hours, such as evening jobs, or those that work and then go to night school. With a 24 hour fitness location these people would be able to train of a night, or early in the morning, meaning that everyone could maintain a fit and healthy lifestyle, regardless of work or education issues.
However, a 24 hour can benefit anybody in helping them to lose weight. This is because at times when not many people will be using the facility, such as late at night or early in the morning, a lot of the more popular equipment, such as treadmills, bikes, rowing machines, will be more freely available. Therefore people who want to start a more cardio based will be able to go to the facility when it is more likely that they will be able to use all the equipment without having to wait around waiting for it to become free.
But what about the people who are overweight and want to lose weight, but feel too self conscious to go to a busy gym or fitness centre? Well a 24 hour fitness location would also benefit them. One of the main factors that stops these people from going to lose weight is that they become very self conscious and paranoid that in a busy area they will stand out and people will stare at them, so they choose not to go. But if they were able to go to a 24 hour location then they would be able to go at a time when very few people were around, and could train without feeling self conscious, meaning they could start to lose weight and start training at times when more people were around.

Working out at a 24-hour fitness location only improves your ability to put off your workout until later, and then later, and then later. You won't be more motivated and you won't suddenly find more time at later hours to exercise. Most people who wait until late in the day to exercise, actually end up putting it off. They decide that they don't have time or something of that nature.
Instead of belonging to a 24-hour fitness organization, individuals need to increase their motivation. Motivation, determination and dedication are the three key ingredients of any successful individual's fitness plan. This is one of the reasons so many celebrities hire personal trainers. Once you learn the techniques and the exercises used daily, don't you think you could just fire the trainer and do it yourself? You could, but would you? Many celebrities hire personal trainers so that they are "forced" to complete the entire workout and stick to training times. This type of philosophy works well for them and would most likely work well for others. What if you can't afford a personal trainer? What if you simply don't want to pay the money for one? Then, you need to become dedicated to your fitness plan. You need to become determined to finish your daily fitness plan. You need to become motivated to finish your daily fitness plan.
One of the best ways I have found to motivate myself is through what I call, the daily dosage of mojo. I look at one or two quotes from my fitness quote box that inspire me to go out and run far or unleash the healthier me. I then look at one or two photos from my fitness photo box that inspire me to look prettier and lose weight/inches. Now, before you begin to make a photo box, remember this. DO NOT pick photos of celebrities who are very different from you or are unhealthy. For example, as much as I love Mary-Kate Olsen, do not pick one of the photos of her from the time she had an eating disorder. This is unhealthy and will force your brain to think in an unhealthy way. It's fine if you want a photo of Mary-Kate, but make sure the photo is one when she is healthy as well as thin. Also, it is so tempting to pick celebrities that are much too different from ourselves. Pick a celebrity who is your same height, give or take two inches. You don't want to be 5'9" and pick a 5'2" celebrity to follow. That will not help you. You won't look the same way they do. Also try to pick someone that has your body shape, pear/straight/apple/ etc. Lastly, if you can match your hair color/ eye color or your face shape to the celebrity, it gets even better. It allows you to find someone who is not like you but is similar and gives you a much more realistic idea of the results you can achieve. I hope this has helped and you can begin to become motivated, dedicated and determined!
