Despite many "narutards" deepest desires, their really is no such thing as Jutsus in the since established by the Animated series Naruto. Jutsus are actaully just skills, but because of the anime, the word jutsu has lost its true meaning and come to represent magical ninja techniques that help protect Naruto and his friends ahs they travel and fight enemy Ninja.

Perhaps a good start point would be to explain what Naruto is. Naruto is a Japanese comic/cartoon about a young and somewhat rily ninja named Naruto. Naruto goes on many adventures with his friends as he tries to gain acceptance and works toward his goal of becoming Hokage(the leader of his ninja village.) So already you can see that this idea of "jutsus" comes from a, lets call it shady, source.

So why is it that some people would believe their is such a thing as jutsu? Well, their is technically a thing called jutsu. However, they are not the magical fire balls and dancing spouts of water you see in the anime with Naruto and his friends. Jutsu quite literally means technique. Even according to the Naruto series, some jutsu are as simple as undoing a rope or breaking a board. Martial artist do these things every day. In these cases however it is not the jutsu mentioned in the question above. If it were, we could say we all do jutsus everyday, and that we are all advent Ninja. I am sure that many will agree with me that, that would be a little absurd, right?

Their are some Martial artist, who believe that chakras and chi can be used as powerful weapons for meditation , focus, and strength; but these are contraversal and again, not the same as Narutos Demon fox chakra, which allows him to summons large reserves of strength and abilities(you know, jutsus). However, rather then use these things to achieve physical manifestations, Martial artist use them to achieve states of mind and focus.

This can all be confusing to those who are neither fans of Naruto or Martial artist, but rest assured, no one is going to rin across your wall and spit fire balls a t you anytime soon. The world of Ninja as depicted in Naruto is simply a child's fairy tale, and no matter how awesome you are at copying the hand signs of your favorite characters you don't need to worry about accidental killing your friends with ice shards or bringing a corpse to life. To really understand the question at hand one would need to explore the links in this article or else do reserch on their own.
