I don't see why this is a question or why is it a future tense. People have written their version of Bible. If someone thinks that Bible contains only His word then I will have to shatter your opinion.
So let's go from the beginning. Our Almighty has for millenniums spoken with us. People tend to write everything that has happened to them. In the same manner, the Bible was made. Maybe it was God's request or just human habit that gave us the Bible. I won't talk about the Old Testament because a large part of it is metaphorical (Genesis...). Let's just stick to the historical relevance of the Bible from an atheist point of view. New Testament was created about hundred years after the death and resurrection of our Lord. That is about 1900 years. Now let's say that in a hundred years 4 generations change. So in 1900 years we would have 72 generations of men, give or take. Obviously the first Bible wasn't kept because it was on a paper that decayed over the ages. So if we would need a new book every hundred years we would get 19 different transcriptions because no man is the same as the other, so their work can't be the same. They would probably change something, a word or sentence, because we are used to doing things from our memory and it can be very deceiving. Now we can even put translation in this equation. The Bible is the most translated book in the history. You could probably find something different from one English version to another, let alone to say Portuguese or Swedish.
Even further, if we include the Old Testament that was carried from knee to knee in the families and was rarely a written book here or there we can see the truth clearly. Like a game of broken phone (that's the name in Croatia) what someone said maybe won't be heard the same. So what is the possibility that in today's version of the Bible are God's exact words? Sure, the general message has stayed, but the original words were lost in the human chaotic mind. I don't think the same as the next guy so I can differently interpret some parts especially metaphorical portions.
I will give you an example. The Book of Genesis states that earth was created in 7 days. Now if you know your science and give a little twist here and there, you can see that it is a metaphore. But there are people that believe that our world was created in 6 days and that it didn't exist about 5000 years ago. Everything in this world is under the influence of our mind, even the Word of God. He gave us the free will and this is one way of using it.

People will not eventually write their version of the Bible for many reasons. People want to read the true inspired by God Bible, so there will be no market for a book like that. The Bible has sold lots of copies just like it is, so why would anyone change a good seller. God's word is holy and should be preserved and cherished as such. God doesn't change so why would the Bible change. The Word of God doesn't fail unlike something that anyone makes up in their minds and writes down would surely fail. The instructions that the Bible contains can not be deviated from, because lots of people would go astray. If any version of the Bible was written then it would be like telling everyone to sin and do just as they please.
I would not want to disrespect God by writing anything that was in contrast to His words and teachings. I love God and I'm thankful for His Word, because it speaks to my heart and soul in my times of trouble. God loved us and accepted us as we are, so we should accept the Bible as it is written. God wanted us to have guidance in our lives that is why He inspired men to write down His word, so that the world would know how to live. In a dying world the Bible is the living word of God. God is the same from the beginning until the end, and so will the Bible be the same from the beginning until the end. The Bible feeds us, because the Bible says that man does not live on bread alone, but the by the word of God.
God is good, and the Bible is good just the way it is written. No other versions could take the place of what God says to be true and correct. It would not be wise to change something that works with so many things in the world that do not work today. Everyone needs the read the Bible as it is, because that's the why that God speaks to us lots of times. Changing the version of the Bible will not change people life like hearing the word of God. There is only one God and only one version of Bible. No new versions of the Bible should be written or accepted. The word of God is to be believed as it is written for everyone's sake.
