English football is exciting, demanding and tough. Therefore the only kind of person to move the game forward in the right direction will be one who has a wealth of experience in handling pressure on the biggest of stages and who will not be intimidated into making choices that will bring the English football team into disrepute rather will do things he's own way and shoot the English football team into limelight where they belong.

Such a person, who has such rare credentials for absolute success is Fabio Capello. Having a track record of success everywhere he has coached is major evidence to back that Fabio Capello is the right man for the England job.

With spells in Italy and Spain, coaching some of the greatest teams to championship and cup laurels will suggest the he has the managerial expertise to take any team in any region of the world forward. Most great players he has coached attestate to the fact that he has a no nonsense approach to managing teams and will in-still the fear factor in most players increasing the competitiveness in teams which has been lacking in the English national team for many years. Most English players seem just to relaxed when it comes to playing for their country giving out a non-chalant sense of over-confidence when on international duty which contrasts their commitments at club level where they virtually seem to be made of steel and play like Trojans and juggernauts.

Fabio Capello will in no doubt bring back the fiery desire to play football in the team which is needed if England is to climb back up the ladder of reckoning in International football. He will field the most ideal players for a certain match rather than some so-called 'super players' that have been over exalted over the years and therefore believe that they don't need to fight for the honour of playing for England by giving their all in every match. Fabio Capello will bring back the fiery passion that as been waning over the years.
