In my opinion, England team is a very "unique team". This is because we've got great English players everywhere. However, it's quite frustrating as the talents does not translates to good results and it's quite "boring" in this coming European Cup as my beloved England team does not qualify.

As such, where does the fault lies on? In my opinion, it's just getting the right man to handle these multi-million English players. The man that i believe will bring back England glory days will be Capello. Although Capello is only the second foreigner to have manage England job but i believe his experience especially on his disciplinary strengths will gel up the team to perform better in the international stage.

One might argue that his experience and his achievements are mainly at the club stage where he won competitions with Roma, Real Madrid, Juventus and Milan.But i believe this valuable experience at club level will be vital in the international stage. Just goes back to 1990's where he was at Milan and boasting great talents like the Dutch trio Ruud Gullit, Van Basten and Italian greats like Maldini and Baresi. Capello is instrumental in getting the team of a lot of superstars together and play like a team. With his leadership, Milan won several competitions and the team plays well.This is one area where i think the English team is lacking where the great players does not gel up together to get the best out of it. As such, Capello will be the man to resolve this issue.

Another aspect that i believe Capello is the right man is because of his discipline. Remember during his second spell in Real Madrid where he dropped big name players like David Bekham and the Brazilian Ronaldo. This clearly indicates that no one in the team is indispensable and he dares to drop big name players if needed to. This is despite the criticism that he have got from the fans and the presss. I believe this is another issue in the England team where some of the players thinks that they are "untouchables" although they did not play well. This issue worsened when the respective players thinks that although they never gives their whole-hearted display to the national team, they will not be dropped. In this 'circumstances, i believe Capello is the right man.

I strongly believe the above two issues are the main obstacles to the England national team's achievements. This is because England had great players and just look at the best 2 clubs that will be playing in the European Cup which is Manchester United and Chelsea where both are English clubs. As such, i strongly supported Capello is the right man for the England job with the stars players that is available right now.
