Some of the stuff that is out now days that is called music is environmental toxin. I t does not have to be loud to be offensive and be considered noise pollution. Some of this junk that is out now does not have the slightest resemblance to music. If Elvis and some of the classic composers heard this frap called music, they would turn over in their graves. Rap is no more music than a n old cow emitting flatulence or a horse emitting gas while trotting down the road. In all reality the sound pretty similar only the cow gives milk and produces beef and a good horse can provide fun and transportation while all rap provides is noise and very irritating noise at that.
It is no wonder so many of todays teens are so messed up. They ride down the road with that BOOM going so loud that the concussion from the speakers bangs their heads around and they can't hear what they are told. Most of them do not want to hear it anyway and don't listen if they could hear. It is ridiculous to have that noise that loud.
When you are sitting at a stop light in a 3/4 ton Diesel pickup and a Honda pulls up beside you and the music is so loud that your truck vibrates and you can't hear that Diesel engine running, that is definitely environment toxin. I was sitting at a stop light the other day and their was a little car of some kind with the boom so loud that a firetruck pulled up and went around the corner and I don't think anybody ever heard him coming for that loud noise, notice I said noise not music. If a car had pipes that loud they would be arrested. It is a darned good thing that I am not a law enforcement officer because any body driving with a cellphone to their ear or that loud music would get a ticket for something I guarantee.
