I am not really sure that George W. Bush has really helped the environment that much while he was in office. but I am pretty sure that he has done LESS harm to the environment that he has almost everything else.

Has Georgre W. Bush, Richard Cheney and all their lying, cheating, thieving, murdering cronies really helped ANYTHING? Well I think George W Bush has done more to further the cause of terrorism than he has done to discourage it.

The environment has probably been the least effected of anything that he has come in contact with. There are more anti-smoking laws now that are putting motre limits on where people can light up those nasty stinking cancer causing sticks and that is good but I really don't think that George W Bush or Dick Cheney had much to so with that. I really don't think he is smart enough to understand global warming and what it's future effects might be.

Dick Cheney and George W Bush have improved their bank accounts and Halliburton's bank account but I can not think of much of anything else he has improved. There are things that have improved the environment like cleaning up uranium mining tailings and reclaiming coal mines but I don't really think George W Bush has had anything to do with it. I don't know if he has helped or damaged the envoronement of if he even knows what the word means.

Damaged

It is quite clear to me that the people who support President Bush, support the Bush Administration and support the members of the Republican Party have damaged and continue to damage the environment in which all of the people and other living things depend upon for survival. As a matter of fact, the most convenient ways to dispose of toxic wastes and the cheapest ways to manufacture products and produce energy for so many years truly has, what most knowledgeable people believe, caused global warming.

Global warming is not the only cause for more greenhouse gases going into the atmosphere. The ongoing loss of the ozone layer is also the cause for more UV radiation reaching the surface of our Earth. So, more people, percentage wise, are getting skin cancer and the effects of the increased radiation is also contributing to the accelerated rate of melting of the ice caps and other ice fields the World over.

If you haven't noticed, that additional heat has also changed the Earth's climate for the worse, on average, for most of the World's population of all living things. Droughts have caused the burning of millions of acres of forests, and they caused a record number of crop failures World-Wide. People are starving and dying in places that once were fertile and supported those people and their livestock for hundreds of past generations.

To make matters worse, violent storms have and continue to destroy billions of dollars worth of property during the past six years and caused the deaths, the suffering and the grief of tens of millions of people.

Millions of people within the United States of America have lost their jobs to Foreigners within Foreign Countries because the owners and the controllers of those huge multinational corporations built factories within places where pollution laws don't exist. You see, in the past, within the United States of America, environmentalists were successful in putting in place laws that reduced the pollution rate of our environment.

Some of those laws pertain to the restriction of off-shore oil drilling off the coast of Florida. Recently, President Bush made a speech regarding the end of restrictions of such drilling as a means to reduce crude oil prices. The Republican Governor of Florida, Charlie Christ, is now in favor of such action. It seems that he wants to be Senators McCain's choice for Vice-President. Those huge oil companies want that estimated 18 billion barrels of oil within that part of the Gulf of Mexico and it now seems that high oil prices is their way of forcing normal people to agree to their demands.

When greed becomes the primary factor, there is no limit to the continued destruction caused by those truly greedy people. Because of the so called energy crisis, those owners and the controllers of those huge multinational oil companies now want to drill off-shore near Florida and other Federal and State protected waters and lands. That stinks, and it's also a shame that the elected Politicians within the Government of the United States of America don't do something to stop the extortion that is being committed to the majority.

There is no shortage of crude oil. As a matter of fact, an estimated 80 billion barrels of crude oil was discovered in Brazil, and who knows how many more billions of barrels of known oil deposits that currently exist but have not been tapped. They just want to control the resources of the entire World, while continuing to destroy our environment and suck the wealth out of each and every one of us.

Who will you vote for in 2008? Nore important, who will you vote out of Public Office in 2008?
