There is revealed texts from the One God of creation that specifically says that He has spoken to all nations and it will be found to be the same thing. I have seen many of these proofs. Since August 1990 I began reading the Bible as though it meant what it said. What I found is that no religion is following what God sent to the prophets, so much so that it bears no likeness to the true religion.
Although God created Adam and Eve, after a while only the family of Noah was found faithful to God and the rest were destroyed by a world wide flood. The world population we have now has all come from the eight members of Noah's family. In Noah's day, he taught all God taught him through word and written record. As many moved away to different lands, many misunderstood or failed to read, write and live by the texts God directed. This alone caused many divisions, but it was still the same One God that inspired the beginning texts and future texts which He sent through prophets to correct and guide the people.
Commentaries from religious thinkers are where many errors come in. They take one written statement in sacred writings and disregard other statements that give clearer understanding. You must justify the scriptures so that they are both saying the same thing; then you will have true understanding.
"Where fore, because that ye have a Bible you need not suppose that it contains all My word; neither need you suppose that I have not caused more to be written. For I command all men, both in the east and in the west, and in the north, and in the south, and in the islands of the sea, that they shall write the words which I speak unto them; for out of the books which shall be written I will judge the world, every man according to their works, according to that which is written." This is a small part of 2 Nephi 29 from the Book of Mormon, translated by the power of God through the prophet Joseph Smith Jr.
The prophet Muhammad in 600+AD received revelation about the Book of Mormon when he was told of "a book that had already gone forth for an appointed time" (Qur'an-Ahmad numbers: 42:15, 41:46; 20:130; 11:111) and "it shall be witnessed by chosen ones of God" (83:19-22) and "it is in a well guarded tablet."(85:23 The Book of Mormon confirms the prophet Muhammad in that Muhammad revealed something not known until 1800's. Muhammad also revealed a Book of Moses and a Book of Abraham. Both those writing are revealed by Joseph Smith Jr. in The Pearl of Great Price.
Joseph Smith Jr. was commanded to write a revised version of the Bible, restoring parts of the Bible that were taken out. Muhammad, about 1200 years before Joseph Smith Jr. received a word that parts of the Bible were concealed (6:92; 2:175).
Those who have said there is no prophecy in the Qur'an are wrong; and they are wrong about Allah who is the God of Abraham, Isaac, Jacob, Moses and Jesus (Isa) according to the Qur'an, and not a false god. False prophets (Satan) does not encourage to follow God; his message is that it is not necessary to follow God's word; for He knows your heart.
The Book of Mormon is called Another Testimony of Jesus Christ and verifies the Bible as is the primary purpose of the Qur'an. God said that all things would be verified out of the mouth of two or three witnesses. Any differences added by man are recognized because with so many writers of the Holy Scriptures from many religions and nations, it has been a preserving element for the texts.
There is a book called Jesus in India where a Muslim cleric misunderstood a revelation and went to prove that Jesus did not die on the cross; he wanted to prove where Jesus went after the cross. He found through various proofs that Jesus had gone to India and taught them. As hard as the cleric tried he could not prove his theory that Jesus learned from India and then took it to the children of Israel; for all the evidence proved it was after the cross. Jesus had said, "I go to get other sheep which are not of this fold; them also I must bring."
In a book about translation of Upanishads translated by Muller, the introduction refers to the writer "confines himself likewise to those treatises, dropping, however Isa, and adding Maitrayana Upanishad." (Isa is Jesus' name in the Qur'an). Once again we see that commentators or translators can keep us from seeing that God has spoken the same message to all nations.
There had also been a prophecy given to the first Buddha that his teaching would last 500 years and then would come the Metreyya (?) Buddha. The five hundred years was the time of Jesus, and his religion was different from the first Buddha. In Buddhism and Hinduism their writings refer to following the law of God (scriptural injunctions) as do the Bible, Qur'an and other sacred writings.
Bhagavad Gita 15:44 says, "After seeing the face of the Lord the sages were satisfied, and when they wanted to see him further, they looked upon the nails of his lotus feet which resembled rubies."
The Bhavishya Purana, composed over five thousand years ago, predicts the coming of Christ, and predicted that he will visit India. It records that a king from possibly Western Tibet asked a certain man, "Who are you, sir?" The response was "You should know that I am Isha Putra, the Son of God and am born of a virgin." This writing verifies part of the Book of Enoch and Book of Moses in The Pearl of Great Price that even the name Jesus Christ was known from the time of Adam.
God promises to bring us together and it is by His word revealed to prophets around the world, from the beginning of time to our time.

Modern American society likes the path of least resistance. We have cars that take us anywhere we want to go with the turn of a key. We have microwaves that allow us to cook whole meals with the push of a button. We even have those handy credit cards that, thank God, save us from the arduous task of counting out cash for everyday purchases.
Taking the path of least resistance in everyday living is not a bad thing. If the automobile were never invented, we wouldn't have ambulances. Without microwaves, I wouldn't be able to enjoy that delicious hot pocket I just had 5 minutes ago. And without credit cards, well, I'll stop there.
Unfortunately, this way of thinking has bled over into our cultural philosophy. Now not only do we have technology that affords us more convenient living, but we've also accepted ideas such as pluralism and subjectivism that offer us more convenient thinking. The foundational concept behind these ideas is that there is no absolute truth. With no absolute Truth, no one has to be wrong anymore. Everyone can just be right. This alleviates us from the responsibility to not only to critically examine our own beliefs, but also to respectfully challenge the beliefs of others with civility and respect so as to facilitate mutual intellectual enlightenment.
The search for Truth is arguably the most difficult journey man has ever embarked on. It involves some very hard questions, such as those regarding God's existence and man's place in the Universe. There is one very influential institution that has attempted to answer these questions: Religion. From Islam to Christianity, every religion has its own version of Truth and its own recipe for spiritual fulfillment.
Sacred scripture from almost any major religion claims its authority from God. The Bible plainly states that all Biblical scripture is inspired by God. The same is true for the Jewish and Islamic holy books. Therefore, to say that scripture from any one of these religions is not inspired by God is to say that their scripture is wrong.
In philosophy, the foundational premise behind rational thinking is the law of non-contradiction. It's pretty straightforward: two contradictory statements cannot both be true (i.e., one must be wrong). It has to do with a principle called mutual exclusivity. If two statements are mutually exclusive, that simply means that they cannot both simultaneously be true. For example, the statements "my computer exists" and "my computer does not exist" are mutually exclusive; they cannot both be true.
The problem our society doesn't want to face is that the different world religions make very, very different claims regarding God, human existence, and Truth itself. For example, the Bible states very explicitly that Jesus is the only way to Heaven, there is only one God, and Jesus is God incarnate. The Koran on the other hand claims that entrance to heaven must earned through a series of good works, Jesus was only a man, and Mohammed is the true prophet of God. It also makes the claim, once again very explicitly, that anyone who is not a Muslim and does not follow the teachings of Mohammed is on the express train to Hell.
Unless God was a schizophrenic, self-contradicting being of infinite inconsistency, both of these scriptures could not have been inspired by Him. One must be wrong, for they make totally contradictory claims. To say that they could both be inspired by God is nothing less than an intellectual cop-out. Sure, it's much easier than actually engaging in critical thought. Unfortunately in philosophy however, easy is rarely ever right.
