Willie Chirino's 2005 release stays true to his Miami son/salsa sound. "Cubanismo" or the essence of Cuba is as danceable and politically piercing as all thirty plus albums so far. This incredible composer and father of Cuban/Miami sound is often dissed or missed strictly for his anti-Castro viewpoint. The music is as strong as ever on this disc.
My suggestion is to get the DVD/CD combo as the DVD
