How to serve brie
No visit to France would be complete without tasting Brie in the country that made it famous.
Brie needs to be treated with respect. Too cold, and its texture becomes hard and the flavour all but disappears. Too warm, and the creamy centre floods the plate, and the taste becomes overpowering and the aroma pungent.
Served correctly, brie has to be kept in an ambient temperature for about 30 minutes after
