Cycle of pain and hurt: The anatomy of abuse
I suppose I could write this article in the third party, but whats the point. No one could write these words unless they had experienced it in real life. As an adult healing from a lifetime of abuse, these words flow just as easy as water from a tap. Unlocking a past that is painful not only mentally but physically. Reality is one we wish not to be a part of yet without reality there is no healing.
